10 Inspiring Leadership Quotes
Leadership is a big word when it comes to life. Do you set the trend or follow it? John C. Maxwell defined leadership as, “Leadership is influence – nothing more, nothing less.” John doesn’t base the definition on the derivative of the word, “Leader” which is great in this case as the definition moves beyond the position of defining the leader, to looking at the ability of the leader to influence others.
Warren G. Bennis said this, “The most dangerous leadership myth is that leaders are born; that there is a genetic factor to leadership. This myth asserts that people simply either have certain charismatic qualities or not. That’s nonsense; in fact, the opposite is true. Leaders are made rather than born.”
With taking that into perspective, I can assure you that every single person in this world has leadership qualities within them, they just haven’t gotten to the place to understand that and take a stand.
